Return policy

We want you to be delighted with every purchase of our premium dry fruits and seeds. Because food items are perishable, our return and refund policy is designed to balance your satisfaction with food‑safety requirements.


1. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel or modify your order (item, quantity, delivery address) within 4 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

  • After Shipping: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible; please see “Damaged or Incorrect Items” below.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund only if one of the following applies:

  1. Damaged Product – The package arrived crushed, torn, or leaking.

  2. Defective Quality – The contents are moldy, stale, or otherwise unfit for consumption.

  3. Incorrect Item Shipped – You received a different product or weight than what you ordered.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, and supported by clear photographs of the packaging and product.


3. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Any product whose seal or packaging has been opened (unless damaged on arrival).

  • Special or bulk orders (unless damaged in transit).

  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the 48‑hour window.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Get Return Authorization (RA)

    • You will receive an RA number and return instructions within 24 hours.

  3. Ship the Item Back

    • Pack securely in original packaging (if intact).

    • Affix the RA number visibly on the box.

  4. Inspection & Approval

    • We’ll inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt.


5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved Returns:

    • Refund: We’ll credit your original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.

    • Replacement: If you prefer, we can ship a replacement package at no extra charge.

  • Partial Returns:

    • If only part of your order is returned, we will refund that portion’s value.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: We cover return shipping if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customer‑Initiated: If you change your mind (within policy limits), you are responsible for shipping costs.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer standard “size” or “flavor” exchanges. If you wish to switch products, please place a new order and follow the return process above for your original purchase.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting here—with the updated Effective Date at the top.
